Quick Kale Spaghetti

How to make kale spaghetti.

1 Lb. spaghetti, boiled per box instructions
1 Head of Kale
2 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
4 Cloves of garlic chopped
1 Tsp red pepper flakes
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Start boiling the spaghetti. 
2. Meanwhile, finely chop 1 head of Kale and pan fry in olive oil until the edges turn crisp. 
2. Add the lemon juice, garlic and red pepper flakes and fry  3 more minutes until garlic is slightly cooked.
3. Drain the spaghetti and combine it with the Kale mixture. 
4. Add fresh Parmesan and salt & pepper to taste.
